Waiting times….

Experience has taught me the folly of promising ‘delivery dates.’, however, you should expect your new slippers to arrive within 3 weeks of ordering. For our International customers, please allow an extra week in the post. 

 Returns

We offer a total guarantee of fit in that should your slippers not fit how you would like, we will happily swap them for a different size. or we can offer a store credit, to be used at a later time, but no refunds. All slippers to be returned at buyers cost and in new, unworn condition.

Payment…  

You may pay in any of several options;

• Credit Card, via the PayWay payment system
• Cheque posted with your order to our address below (NZ only)
• Internet/Web Banking - make payment to our account, details below (NZ only)
• For large orders, Telegraphic transfer is the preferred method of payment.
